- Multi-channel communication (Email, SMS, WhatsApp)
- Programme management and booking system
- Analytics and business intelligence
- Mobile app for members
- Multi-branch management capabilities
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Service at any time without prior notice.
3. Account Registration and Eligibility
To use our Service, you must:
- Be at least 18 years of age
- Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
- Maintain and update your account information to keep it accurate
- Maintain the security of your account credentials
- Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

Payment Terms:
- Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis
- Payments are processed securely through Razorpay and Stripe
- All fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as explicitly stated
- We reserve the right to change our pricing with 30 days' notice to existing customers
- Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of your account
Free Trial:
- New users may be eligible for a 14-day free trial
- Trial period is subject to our approval and may be revoked at any time
- At the end of the trial, your account will automatically convert to a paid subscription unless cancelled
Cancellation:
- You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period
- No refunds will be provided for partial billing periods
6. Intellectual Property Rights
Our Intellectual Property:
- All content, features, and functionality of the Service are owned by CRM-VEDA
- This includes but is not limited to software, designs, text, graphics, logos, and AI algorithms
- The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws
Your Content:

- You represent that you have the right to upload all content you provide

- You may not remove any copyright or proprietary notices

- AI-generated content (diet plans, workout routines) is for informational purposes only and should not replace professional medical advice
Limitation of Liability:
- To the maximum extent permitted by law, CRM-VEDA shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
- Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless CRM-VEDA, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including attorney's fees) arising from:
- Your use of the Service
- Your violation of these Terms
- Your violation of any third-party rights
- Any content you upload or transmit through the Service
- Your violation of any applicable laws or regulations

10. Termination
Termination by You:
